Telehealth and Remote Access
Telehealth is defined as the use of electronic information and telecommunications technologies to support long-distance clinical health care, patient and professional health-related education, public health and health administration. These services are available for some audiologic services via remote access with some hearing instruments.
Remote access is a feature available on the Phonak Marvel line of hearing aids. With remote access we are able to access your hearing instruments through your smartphone via the MyPhonak app. While many of you may already be using the MyPhonak app, we may not have activated the remote access feature. The first step to activating this feature, is receiving an email invitation from Phonak. This invitation is initiated by us here at Advanced Audiology Concepts. To get started, call 440-205-8848. We will initiate the invitation and set up a time to walk you through the account activation. Once your Phonak account is set up, we can schedule an appointment for remote services.

- Fine tuning of hearing aids
- Follow up assessment
